Using hiniki
hiniki provides public web search, cited AI answers and an agent API using issued keys. No human sign-in is required. Availability, coverage and AI accuracy vary; maintenance, faults and provider interruptions may affect the service. Material changes and planned interruptions are announced.
Responsibilities and content
Use the service lawfully, respect others’ privacy and intellectual property, protect API keys and avoid attacks or authentication bypass. Rights in indexed documents remain with their owners; a search result is not permission to reuse the work. Check original sources when relying on an AI answer.
Report rights concerns or request removal by emailing the URL and reason to hiniki@hiniki.net. HinikiBot follows robots.txt for future collection.
Liability and disputes
The operator remains responsible for harm caused by its intent or negligence under applicable law. Liability for events outside its responsibility is subject to legal limits. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contact the operator to resolve a dispute. Korean law applies and jurisdiction follows applicable procedural law. General changes are announced at least seven days in advance, or 30 days for adverse or material changes.
